Quantum Learning and Career Intelect
- For last two decades we are working with students and msme at grass route level and our primary concern was to understand their deep root problem and challenges. Hence we could identify various problems, challenges and key issues faced during the overall life span.
- Surprisingly, we realised that many of them are not aware these problems.
- What we understand is that there are different types of problem faced by 1. Individuals, 2. Organisations, and 3. Industry. If you give solutions to problem of industry organisational problems get solved. If you give solutions to organisational problems individual problems get solved and further other than these every individual has to face varied individual problems.
- What we realised that foundation of these problems are routed from our education and social system. Purpose and outcome of the school and colleges should be to prepare students employable to select career. Unfortunately, they are not aligned with the purpose. They are working separately without considering the outcome of the students i.e. selection of career.
- Next irony is that the sole purpose of education industry in India is based on getting higher marks and not developing intellect, which is directly related with the career either employment and entrepreneurship.
- Also because of the revolutionaries changes in I.T. industry it is mandatory to always keep learning which is not facilitated in current learning strategies. So continuous learning would be number one value in the 21st century.
- Considering the above scenario we have come up with an concept of QUANTUM LEARNING AND CAREER INTELLECT i.e. to break the various irrational beliefs, myths and stereo types of individual, organisations and education industry.
- Let’s understand the simple definition of career, intellect and learning.
- Career is choice between employment and entrepreneurship.
- Intellect is an activity which you are doing comfortably for your survival.
- Learning – learning is the process where your all senses are involved to receive, then to store and then to recollect the information.
